Electrical testing – EICR
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is issued upon successful inspection of electrical installations at domestic and commercial premises. Wirral fire protection has a team of qualified electricians with the relevant qualifications, knowledge and skills to perform this service to the BS7671 requirements for electrical installations (IET wiring regulations). We carry out this work in a manner that minimises disruption in the workplace. We work with many landlords and property management companies to ensure their EICRs are carried out every 5 years on rental properties and when there is a change of tenant. Inspections cover fixed electrical equipment and wiring.
